If you place multiple orders within one day, please contact us via email at hello@janeandkateboutique.com to request order combination, and we will refund one of the shipping charges upon request.

Additionally, we are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers. We will not refund shipping charges if the carriers do not meet their guaranteed shipping times. If your items are not delivered on time, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
